To be honest with you...the 77 matrix shows were okay. But if you want some really heady matrix shows I must refer you to the 1968 matrix shows. The best being 10-8-68 matrix show. It exemplifies the pioneering nature of the early grateful dead. The jams that they get into were, at the time, some of the most advanced jams ever recorded. With jerry's spacey guitar and lesh's steady bass...these matrix shows are of top quality...not to mention incredible sound quality for the time....

aye? do you mean a Matrix type recording or the Matrix nightclub?
